AGE-WELL AgeTech Discovery Day
On October 1, 2026, in celebration of National Seniors Day, AGE-WELL will host its AgeTech Discovery Day at nine locations across Canada, as well as virtually. This free event will give older adults, caregivers, and the general public an opportunity to discover technologies that support independence, health, quality of life and aging in place. The program will include presentations by researchers, demonstrations of AgeTech innovations, and an interactive workshop on participating in research.
To participate in AgeTech Discovery Day:
In Montreal, October 1, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Artificial Intelligence Institute – 6650 rue Saint-Urbain, Montréal, Qc.
We recommend using public transportation, as the institute does not offer parking and on-street parking is limited:
Option 1 (Via the De Castelnau metro station): Take Line 5 (Blue) to the De Castelnau station, then walk east or take a local bus from nearby.
Option 2 (Via the Beaubien metro station): Take Line 2 (Orange) to the Beaubien station, then board bus 55 (Boulevard Saint-Laurent) or bus 18 (Beaubien), which will take you closer to Saint-Urbain Street.
Option 3 (Via Bus 55): Take Bus 55 (Saint-Laurent), which stops near the intersection of Beaubien and Saint-Urbain streets.
